The best fish and chip in Newcastle and beyond. I grew up less than 5 minutes from hilltop but never really new about it until about 4 years ago and it changed my life forever It makes me sad that I don’t live nearby anymore but my mums does and I try and always get it when I’m back visiting. It’s now her go to for fish and chips as well The fish is nice and flaky with perfectly crisp batter. The chips are crunchy on the outside and soft and pillowy inside with plenty of delicious chicken salt Also love their perfectly cooked Chiko roll and a works burger

One of the best fish and chip places you'll find. Park across the road for kids to play while you wait. Not greasy, never had a miss here!

Awesome Aussie tuckshop style burgers! Everything tastes really fresh- the chips are even hand cut and you can see and taste the difference! Super reasonably priced too! We got the super burger which pretty much has all the toppings you can think of for only $12.50!!

If you miss the old school Fish n Chip shop, come here. The potato scallops are big & crispy and hamburgers are yummy too. It's a little bit of a wait during busy times but worth it.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hilltop Kahibah Takeaway is an absolute gem! Their food is consistently delicious and the service is always friendly and fast. We've tried a bunch of things on the menu, and everything has been fantastic—fresh, hot, and packed with flavor. The burgers are a personal favorite, but you really can't go wrong. It's our go-to spot for a quick and tasty meal. Highly recommend!
